Pestói skellt yfir.  Tómatjukki skellt yfir.  Feta skellt yfir. Síðan er hvítlaukur, engifer, blaðlaukur og chili látið svissast aðeins í olíu.  Sveppum skellt út í og piprað. Settir til hliðar á pönnunni og eggjahræru með kryddunum hellt yfir, sveppasneiðar færðar inn á eggjahræruna, ólífur settar yfir og ostur í sneiðum.  Gerð eru göt (elduð eggjahræra færð til) og hrárri eggjahræru hleypt á pönnuna, þegar ekki er lengur hrá eggjahræra ofan á er helmingur eggjakökunnar lagður yfir hinn og látið malla í 2-3 mín. á hvorri hlið (þannig fær maður köku í stað klessuverks eða scrambled eggja - svona fyrir þá sem ekki þekkja eggjakökugerð). Ég nota stundum Eftirlæti Hafmeyjunnar frá Pottagöldrum og Philip's sjávarréttakryddblöndu, og alls kyns önnur krydd.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fjarlægja lárviðarlaufin, bæta rjómaostinum og fisknum út í undir lokin s.s. lax og lúðu, steinbít eða/og rauðsprettu.
